Cancellation Policy

2. Booking and payment a. A date will only be considered reserved once the booking Deposit (50%) is paid. The final 50% is due to be paid before the day of the filming or within the week after filming. 3. Cancellations a. The Customer(s) may cancel this booking at any time by giving written notice b. Full Refunds are only available if it is informed in writing to AirisFilmsWeddings@gmail.com no longer than 72hours after booking the dates. In the event of later cancellation Airis Films Wedding Videographer releases the dates and if successful 25% will be refunded. 5. The Edit a. Airis Films Wedding Videographer will endeavour to build your film around any special requests made, but such requests are not binding instructions. Artistic interpretation cannot be guaranteed but every attempt will be made to comply with the Customer(s) wishes. b. Completion is usually within 1 - 4 months from the date of the event (not including any bank holidays).
